Seabrook Beach Spot Guide

Seabrook Beach is tucked away behind private homes and sand dunes near the Hampton River Jetty, just North of the Massachusetts/New Hampshire border. This surf spot boasts a beautiful 2 mile stretch of sandy beach breaks. A break forms towards the jetty to the north at low tide. The shifting sandbar makes for constant changes in the surf, from fast and hollow to slow and mushy. Seabrook Beach surf breaks work best around 2-3 ft to chest high on winds from the West.
