La Push Spot Guide

La Push is a surf spot in a remote corner of Washington near the Quinault Indian Reservation and the Olympic National Park. At the mouth of the Quillayute River, there are a few reforming waves that start on the outside and work their way to the beach. The beach break on the north side of the river mouth can get hollow in the winter. La Push surf can work with swells ranging from the south to northwest. James Island blocks a straight north swell at the cove.
