Pleasure Point Spot Guide

Pleasure Point is an east Santa Cruz surf spot that has something for every level surfer. The walk out to the break can be treacherous because of thick seaweed clumps, holes in the reef, sea urchins, and sharp rocks, but the surf is usually worth it. There are usually 2 peaks breaking at Pleasure Point, the first is best for shortboards and the second for longboards. Pleasure Point surf spots are consistently good and also consistently crowded.
